My Honest Thoughts about SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule

Thanks to bad genetics and lack of skincare knowledge, acne has always been prevalent in my life since my puberty began.

I have seen dermatologists and had prescribed medicines to curb the breakouts, but they almost never work long term.

That’s when I joined the skincare industry, and learned about a little something called SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Ampoule.

I can easily say it is one of the best skincare products I ever had in my life.

Product Introduction:

To give a little background, SKIN1004 is a Korean skincare brand that focuses on getting good ingredients.

And they believe good ingredients come from a clean and “Untouched Nature” of the island Madagascar.

This is where they found the “leaf of life” known as Centella Asiatica aka Gotu Kola aka Cica aka Tigergrass. And this ampoule they have is made 100% of this leaf.

Centella Asiatica is a perennial herb that has been used for centuries due to its healing and soothing properties.

But when used on skin, it can do so much more.

It is said that it can balance skin pH levels, speeds up skin regeneration, prevent acne breakouts and scarring.

It is also known for evening out the skin tone, hydrating and calming down red skin

Packaging:

I really really like the packaging. The glass bottle is really pretty and sophisticated.

I think it’s because I really love glass work in general. Looks classier.

The dropper is also designed in a way that is more convenient to apply the ampoule.

Texture & Colour:

Although it was named an “ampoule” which is similar to a serum, the texture is not very ampoule-like.

There is a lack of viscosity and it is very watery.

It has a very very light yellowish fluid and it absorbs very quickly into the skin.

It does not particularly smell like anything but I personally like my skincare that way.

Honest Thoughts:

With the consistent use of it for half a year, I can confidently say that it works great on my skin.

Even with only one ingredient, it can fix so many of my skin problems.

Although I was using it with other products, I think the mix with the ampoule has seriously improved my skin condition.

Since I have combination and acne-prone skin, this ampoule can balance both my oily and dry skin areas well.

Thanks to the skin healing and balancing out my skin, my acne breakout lessened and the acne scars (PIH) also seemed to fade away.

Final Recommendation:

Since I discovered this ampoule, I have gone through 2 bottles since then.

Even when I try on different skincare products, this ampoule is 100% used in my morning and night routine.

I absolutely love it and it is definitely a constant repeat purchase for me.
