Use in PM after applying toner

1. Open and take the sheet mask out of the pouch
2. Remove the plastic sheet and adhere to the face
3. Spread and fit it evenly while avoiding the eye and mouth area
4. Remove it after 15-20 minutes and proceed to the next skincare step
