1. Put strips of sunscreen on the different areas of the skin such as forehead, nose, chin (only enough to cover the whole face)
2. Spread it gradually across your face and neck with your fingers
3. Leave it for 2-3 minutes before applying makeup
4. Apply on dry skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure
