A TIP FOR YOU:
Lightly tap the applicator on your lips and rub lips together to blend well

As a Base Coat

1. Put a small amount of Lip Matter across the entirety of your upper and bottom lips
2. Put on lipstick or lip tint after 4-5 mins

As a Top Coat

1. Apply lipstick or lip tint across the upper and lower lips
2. Put a small amount on of Lip Matter lips and dab evenly for a matte finish
