ROLL ON

1. Roll on 2–3 swipes of deodorant under each armpit, completely covering it
2. Wait until the product is fully dry before putting your clothes on

SPRAY

1. Shake your can and hold it about 2-3 inches away from your armpits
2. Spray for 2–3 secs under each arm, coating the entire area with product
3. Wait until the product is fully dry before putting your clothes on
