  • Do not dispose of any affected items you received as they may need to be returned to us if required.
  • The item(s) purchased as part of a set or travel kit pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • WAKO will ship a new item to you as a replacement for the faulty item. If the product is not replaceable due to unavailability or lack of stock, we may proceed to refunding your item.
  • For refunds, you will be credited with the full value in voucher form. This excludes the shipping fee and other discount vouchers used.
  • Any items returned without WAKO’s approval will not be entertained, accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.

Cashback

Members could obtain a cashback during membership registration by inserting the order ID from the last purchase.

Cashback will be based on the difference in the final price paid for the last order against the Wako Beauty membership price stated on www.wako.com.my.

Final Price Paid in Last Order (Before Membership) – WAKO VIP Cost Price = Cashback in terms of WAKO VIP Points

Total Of Last Order (Before Membership) – WAKO VIP Cost Price = Full Cashback (Get points x100)

For Example:
RM100 (Your last order) – RM60 (WAKO VIP price) = 40 points x 100X = 4000 points

Process of Cashback

  1. Fill in your latest Order ID in the WAKO Member registration form
  2. Within 7 working days, you will receive a full cashback based on the calculation

Terms & Conditions

By signing up for Wako Beauty Membership, you will get to enjoy the benefits of being a member, including purchasing all products at the cost price. This is only applicable for products sold on www.wako.com.my.  The following content set forth basic terms and conditions for Wako  Beauty Membership. Wako Beauty reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any further notice, and Wako Beauty has the final decision for membership approval.

Membership Fee and Renewal
Subscription for Wako Beauty Membership will be charged at RM100 per annum. Members have the option to renew the membership when the subscribed membership expires. The details of a member’s subscription period could be found on the account page.

Membership Cancellation
The members may cancel their membership anytime that they want to, however, the membership fee will not be refunded to the member.

Reselling Products
Members agree that they will not resell or redistribute Wako Beauty products purchased using the membership.

Account Sharing
Sharing and transferring the membership account to other parties is strictly forbidden. Wako Beauty reserves the right to cancel the membership immediately and/or impose a ban on the said member if they are caught doing so.

Data Protection
By having a membership with Wako Beauty, members automatically consent to the processing and transferring of personal data and information contained in the members’ membership to any Wako Beauty affiliated subsidiaries, companies, sales organization and chains, for the purpose of administering sales and distribution of Wako Beauty products.

The members understand that their personal data may be transferred to recipients in other countries not where the data originally collected from. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country where the Member initially provided the data.

If a member wishes to access, correct, limit or update their personal data, or make inquiries about the processing of said information, they may contact [email protected] or +606 288 9058. The member must understand that it is necessary for Wako Beauty to process the given personal data, as, without it, Wako Beauty has the right to refuse membership. Both members and Wako Beauty agree that this obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

Our Termination
WAKO Beauty may terminate the WAKO VIP Program at any time, with 2 (two) months’ prior written notice given by email to the email registered to your VIP Account. 

Upon termination, the WAKO VIP Points will be deleted and WAKO Beauty shall have no obligation to offer compensation for any unused Points at the time of the termination.

Amendment
Members agree that the following terms and conditions may be amended at any time of the sole discretion of Wako Beauty. Members also agree that upon 30 days notice of any amendments, it will apply to the members. The notification of amendments will be published on Wako Beauty’s official website and direct emails to the members. The continuation of purchasing Wako Beauty products shall automatically show that the members accept all Wako Beauty’s amendments to the terms and conditions.

Governing Law
Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue before the courts of Malaysia and the governing law will be the laws of Malaysia. Members agree that, notwithstanding any statute of limitation to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law, any claim or action a member wishes to bring against Wako Beauty relating to the terms and conditions must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the alleged act giving rise to the claim or cause of action. Failure to bring such action within the permitted time shall act as a bar against all claims against Wako Beauty. The members waive any and all claims or rights to have any other statute of limitation apply.

HOW TO BUY

  1. Scroll through our website and find the product(s) that you would like to purchase. (You may also search for specific products using the search bar above)
  2. Click on the product you want and click on the “Add To Cart” button. For the variation product you have to choose the type first.
  3. Once you have added the item(s) you want to cart, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon and confirm the item(s) you want is correct.
  4. Once confirmed, click on the “Continue to Checkout” button at the bottom and you will be redirected to the “Payment” page.
  5. Check again if the item(s) and number of item(s) you want to purchase is also correct.

Order Status

Tracking an Order
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email that confirms that WAKO has processed your order. You will also receive an email once your payment has been processed and you will get an order reference number. 

After 1 – 2 business days, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your orders have left our warehouse and in the midst of shipping via the courier service. To track your order, you can visit the website of your chosen courier service and insert the tracking number in their system to view.


Order Status
Order Submitted – “Placed”
This status “Placed” will appear once your order on WAKO has been placed and your online payment has been authorized and received.


Order Processing – “In Progress”
The status “In Progress” will appear once your order is sent to our warehouse to be processed and packed for shipment. This usually takes 1-3 days.


Order Delivery – “Shipped”
The status “Shipped” will appear once we have assigned an order tracking number and has been picked up by the courier service.


Order Delivered – “Delivered”
The status “Delivered” will appear once your parcel has been collected by you through the courier service.

 

Canceling or Modifying an Order
Before you place your order, you can view the contents in the shopping cart and check the total amount and price of the items.

SHIPPING

Our products and services are available for home deliveries shipped locally within Malaysia.   • During holidays like Chinese New Year and Hari Raya, the delivery may be delayed by extra 1-3 business days.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

There are a few refund options which are via Voucher or Money Refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It will then take a few days for the refund to process. For Example:

  1. Molpay: 7-14 days
  2. Bank Translation – 3-7 days
  3. Website Voucher – 2-4 days

 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Return, Refund & Exchange

Once you have added the item(s) you want to cart, click on the “Shopping Cart” icon and confirm the item(s) you want is correct. Once confirmed, click on the “Continue to Checkout” button at the bottom and you will be redirected to the “Payment” page. There will be a “Coupon” box so key in the voucher code and “Proceed to Payment” to purchase the item(s).
