• Wako team takes approximately 1-2 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) to process the order.
  • After the item is processed and ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number.
  • It takes 24-48 hours for the courier service to update the tracking number.
  • Delivery takes another 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

  • We only accept return if the product is defect or a wrong item.
  • Our team will investigate the return parcel.
  • We only approve the return is unused or new product only. 
  • Pack the return product with original packaging including our WAKO Box, wrap it with the remaining bubble wrap to avoid damage during transit. 
  • Include the product paper box (Apply to both new and defect product)
  • Kindly provide us the Return Shipping Receiptt ogether with your Bank Details for reimbursement.
